Orders
How can I place an order?
In our online shop you can order as a guest or create a user account.
You can set up your user account quickly and easily during the ordering process. After creating your account, you'll receive an email. Simply confirm your registration by clicking the link in the email. Your customer account will now be set up and you'll be able to access it in the future, for example, to check the shipping status of your order.
Once you've selected the items you want, simply add them to your cart and click CHECKOUT. Quickly enter your address and select a payment method. Voila! Please note that if you choose advance bank transfer as your payment method, the products will be reserved for you for a period of 7 days. After this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Where is my order?
You can track your order from the moment it ships using the tracking feature. You'll find the tracking link with your tracking number in your shipping confirmation. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation or your order status is "pending," please contact us. We'll be happy to assist you.
How can I cancel my order?
Usually it is no longer possible to cancel an order, as we process and ship it as quickly as possible. Usually the package is already on its way to you. Of course, you can refuse the package upon delivery or return it easily. Once the return has been processed, the order amount will be refunded within 7 days.
Have you chosen advance bank transfer as your payment method? In that case, you can contact us by email and we will cancel your order.
I entered the wrong address, what can I do?
When placing an order, you can change your delivery address in the ENTER NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS step. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address for orders that have already been placed. However, you can often choose an alternative delivery location, such as a post office, via shipment tracking.
Which couriers do you ship with?
We generally ship with Amazon Shipping. We use GLS for orders that have COD.

Payments
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, advance bank transfer, cash on delivery, and PayPal.
How does payment by bank transfer work?
You can pay by bank transfer. Once we receive payment, we will process your order and ship your package. Your order confirmation will include our bank details, the reason for payment, and the total amount to be transferred. Please note that we cannot process your order until payment is received.
Returns and size exchanges
Do you guarantee returns or size exchanges?
Yes, you can request a return or size exchange. We invite you to contact us within the specified return period (14 days from receipt of the order), so that we can provide you with all the necessary instructions to proceed.
Is the return free?
No, unfortunately we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship the requested size to the customer free of charge.
Do you charge processing fees for returns?
We understand that purchasing online may require you to change sizes or products so no, we do not charge processing fees for returns.
However, in the past we have had some customers purchase 10-12 t-shirts as their first order and ask for a return and refund for all the goods after a few days.
In cases of large quantities of goods (intended as orders with at least 7 t-shirts) in which the products have been opened and worn, we may apply processing costs for the return.
Can I return a product that I have washed and/or worn?
Products that have been washed and/or worn are usually not eligible for returns, as they must be returned in their original condition. However, if the product has a defect or quality issue, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Pre-orders
What is a pre-order?
Occasionally, some items in certain sizes or colors may not be immediately available. In this case, we try to offer you a pre-order option. This means that you pay now and reserve the item for yourself, but the delivery will take place at a later time. On the product page you can see if the item is available for pre-order. If you have any further questions about this, you will find the answers here.
When will I receive my pre-order?
The delivery date of the pre-order varies depending on the time of year. On average it takes 2-3 weeks from the creation of the order.

Are there any additional costs for pre-orders?
No, pre-order costs are the same as a regular order.
In fact, if a size is on pre-order and you decide to reserve it, we will offer an additional discount on the product.
How do pre-order payments work?
Payment for your pre-order must be made at the time of order confirmation.
