Refund policy

We are committed to providing a simple and transparent online shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please follow these guidelines to make a return.

1. General Terms

Return period: You may return a product within 30 days from the delivery date.

Item condition: The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use. All original tags must still be attached.

Original packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to protect it during transport.

2. Return Shipping

If you wish to return a product, the shipping cost to our warehouse will be at the customer’s expense.

We will cover the cost of sending the requested size replacement free of charge.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. How to Make a Return

Notify us of your return

Send an email to hello@altaformamilano.com including:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will reply within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions.

Secure packaging

Protect the item with proper packaging.

Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email.

Please note: return shipping costs to our warehouse are covered by the customer.

4. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to verify it meets the requirements.

If approved, we will process the refund or replacement within 10 business days.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds: If the return is approved, you will receive a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements: If you prefer a size exchange, once we receive your return, we will send the new product free of charge.

We do not charge restocking fees. However, for orders containing a large number of items (more than 5) that are mostly opened or tried on, or for a second return of the same order, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

Return requests due to promotional price changes after purchase do not qualify for monetary refunds. In these cases, we may issue a store credit equal to the amount spent, valid for 30 days.

6. Gift Items

Items received as free gifts through promotions, special offers, or bundles cannot be returned or exchanged individually.

If you return an order that included a free gift, the gift item must also be returned.

If your return reduces the total order value below the gift promotion threshold, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
