All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of your order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping notification.

Important for InPost deliveries
After checkout, you’ll be prompted on the order confirmation page to choose your InPost pickup point.
If you don’t select a specific point, we’ll ship to the nearest InPost locker to the address you provided.
Preorder
When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing an out-of-stock or incoming item for which inventory is not yet available. At checkout, a discount will automatically be applied to the product.
Estimated delivery times for pre-orders are 2–3 weeks. Message us on WhatsApp for a more precise estimate.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a full or partial refund.
How can I check my order status?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@altaformamilano.com with your name and order number and we’ll investigate.
