Returns Policy

We're committed to providing a simple and transparent online shopping experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please follow these guidelines for returning your item.

1. General terms

  • Returns Deadline : You can return a product within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Item Condition : The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of use. All original tags must still be attached.
  • Original Packaging : Return the item in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to protect it during transit.

2. Return shipping

  • If you wish to return a product, the customer will be responsible for shipping it back to our warehouse. We'll ship the requested size free of charge.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. How to make a return

  • Let us know about your return
    • Send an email to hello@altaformamilano.com indicating:
      • The order number
      • The item to be returned
      • The reason for the return
      • We will reply to you within 1-2 business days with detailed instructions.
  • Safe packaging
    • Protect the item with adequate packaging.
    • Please include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email.
  • Return shipping : Return shipping to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.

4. Examination and processing

  • Once we receive your return, we will examine it to ensure it meets our requirements.
  • If compliant, we will process the refund or replacement within 10 business days.

5. Refunds and replacements

  • Refund : If your return is approved, you'll receive a refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. The crediting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchange : If you prefer a size exchange, once we receive the return, we will send you the new product free of charge.
  • We do not charge a re-order fee . However, for orders with a large number of items (more than 5) that are mostly opened and tried on, or for a second return of the same order, a 10% re-order fee may be applied, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return requests due to promotional changes after purchase do not entitle you to a cash refund. In these cases, a credit equal to the amount spent may be issued, to be used within 30 days.

6. Free products

  • Items received free of charge through promotions, special offers or bundles are not refundable or exchangeable individually.
  • If you return an order that includes a free product, the free item must also be returned.
  • If the return causes the order value to fall below the freebie threshold, the value of the free product may be deducted from your refund.
