All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order confirmation email. You'll receive a notification when your order ships.

Important for InPost shipments

After completing checkout, you will be asked to choose the InPost collection point on the order confirmation page.

If you do not select a specific point, we will ship it to you. InPost locker closest to the address you indicated .

Pre-orders

When you pre-order, you're purchasing a product that's out of stock or will soon be available for purchase. You'll automatically receive a discount on the product's value at checkout.

Pre-orders take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. Contact us via WhatsApp for a more accurate estimate.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that hasn't been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you can't cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund.

How can I check the status of an order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you don't receive your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@altaformamilano.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
